1. Vì chính sách hạn chế của NPH Game nên hiện tại chỉ chấp nhận đổi trả đối với tài khoản không giống như mô tả.&#x20;
2. Khách hàng vui lòng liên hệ trong vòng 24h kể từ thời điểm mua để được hỗ trợ, quá 24h shop không hỗ trợ.
3. Khách hàng vui lòng giữ nguyên hiện trạng của tài khoản (bao gốm tài nguyên, thông tin email, mật khẩu...) shop từ chối hỗ trợ nếu tài khoản đã được sử dụng.
